I waited over 90 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Thirty minutes in the waiting room, 60 minutes in the patient. I asked twice and basically got a response of oops.

Was easily able to schedule an appointment and was taken back quickly. The intake nurse was kind and very professional. The issue was once I was put in a room I sat for almost an hour before the doctor came in. She never introduced herself, asked a few minimal questions did swabs and then came back saying I just had a cold and sent me home. I ended up spiking a fever that night and symptoms got worse. I was able to get an appointment with my actual doctor and turns out I have an infection that was missed.

I thought requesting an appointment online was going to help speed up the process but in my case, it did not. I waited to be seen over and hour, waited again for the doctor and finally spent 5 minutes with the doctor.  Other than the waiting time, staff was very friendly and the place looks clean.

Scheduling was great except someone with a later appointment could check in before yours and be seen only because they checked in earlier.  Staff was great!   As for the location- I recommend some new parking lot lighting especially near a wooden area when the parking lot is pitch black when you leave.

Scheduled an appointment there, showed up a few minutes early to check in and they said they were behind. After waiting for 30 minutes and watching other people who had appointments after mine called back before me, I finally got called back. The nurse that took my vitals and everything was great but then when I’m put back in a room I have to sit and wait for about another 45 minutes before a doctor comes in to check me out, she checks me out for 5-10 minutes and then prescribes me after medications and sends me on my way, never told me what it was she thinks I have, I had to read the paperwork to figure that out.

Everything went great! Check in was great the nurse was amazing.

My appointment was at 2 o’clock. At the same time, I walked in a woman walked in for a walk-in appointment. She was saying 10 minutes before I was saying and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to be seen. Walk-ins go after scheduled appointments if there was an opening 10 minutes before my appointment then I should’ve been taken back. I will never go back to this urgent care again!!!

The staff was very friendly, concerned about my issues and concerns, very helpful. Had to wait a little before being seen but was overall quicker than last couple of visits. Definitely would recommend this Urgent Care to others.

Was great care and service just think I could’ve gotten prescribed some king of medicine for my symptoms that have now got worst then following morning including throwing up!
