Scheduled an appointment there, showed up a few minutes early to check in and they said they were behind. After waiting for 30 minutes and watching other people who had appointments after mine called back before me, I finally got called back. The nurse that took my vitals and everything was great but then when I’m put back in a room I have to sit and wait for about another 45 minutes before a doctor comes in to check me out, she checks me out for 5-10 minutes and then prescribes me after medications and sends me on my way, never told me what it was she thinks I have, I had to read the paperwork to figure that out.

Everything went great! Check in was great the nurse was amazing.

My appointment was at 2 o’clock. At the same time, I walked in a woman walked in for a walk-in appointment. She was saying 10 minutes before I was saying and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to be seen. Walk-ins go after scheduled appointments if there was an opening 10 minutes before my appointment then I should’ve been taken back. I will never go back to this urgent care again!!!

The staff was very friendly, concerned about my issues and concerns, very helpful. Had to wait a little before being seen but was overall quicker than last couple of visits. Definitely would recommend this Urgent Care to others.

Was great care and service just think I could’ve gotten prescribed some king of medicine for my symptoms that have now got worst then following morning including throwing up!

My visit was a walk in. Was greeted as soon as I walked up the the line. Check in only took a couple of minutes and the associate was very friendly and helpful. I was there maybe an hour from check in to discharge. I had X-rays and the gentleman was friendly, helpful and even using humor. Everyone from start to finish was friendly. They had cute little decorations for Christmas. It was clean.

Check-in was quick, had to wait briefly to be seen for initial info and vitals by Nurse. Had to wait some time to be seen by main provider but she was good.

Excellent will come back if I have to. Everyone was friendly and professional

I understand that they have difficulty having more than one doctor on the premises at times so I understood I would have to wait a while but it seemed they were a little more backed up than I expected, however, I still received excellent care. I really appreciated the service I received.
