Basic Service. If you’re seeking diagnosis outside of a common cold or flu don’t bother. I went in for what I thought was an ear infection but it wasn’t. No other possible causes  for ear ache investigated. ChatGPT suggested I follow up on possible TMJ spasms. Thanks to AI for pointing me in some direction because this facility was no help at all…waste of time & co pay!!

There was a miscommunication with the provider. She asked what I wanted her to give me when she’s actually the doctor. I ended up having to go to the emergency room which then cost me $1800 because she did not give me steroids which is the proper protocol
