You guys were very funny and nice we loved it my daughter said that she loved the nurse and the doctor!

I made an appointment online.  I didn’t have to wait long at all.  The staff was efficient, professional and caring.  I was in and out in about 30 minutes.  Very pleased with my care! I would recommend this office if you have an immediate need.

There was no one else there, not a single person, yet the receptionist insisted that I use a kiosk to register instead of doing it herself. Very poor customer service. The exam room had a white noise machine running that made it impossible to hear the soft spoken female caregivers through their masks. I’ve never heard of a white noise machine in an exam room where clear communication is essential to patient safety.

Considered going to another urgent care For uti glad I came here. It was clean and you were put in a room and wait time was good.

Had what felt like fluid in my chest with a cough. Didn’t make an appointment but went in. After kiosk sign in was checked in quickly by front desk. Call to back was quick as well. Very nice and pleasant lady took my vitals and left me to wait on doctor. This was my longest wait time approximately 10 minutes not bad.  Doctor came in asked a few questions and listened to my chest, gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and was gone less than 4 minutes. No test ordered I would have liked an x-ray or something to check the severity of the fluid. Didn’t really feel cared for. Didn’t have a feeling of personal care. Very nice facility, up front staff and nurses.

The doctor could care less about me, rushed me out of the office , didn’t answer any questions and there was not a soul in there other than me. Horrible experience  I’m joining partner md after all this

Staff not so good and friendly, but convenient location and timings

Was afraid that i would have a UTI after a bout of messy diarrhea. Staff was excellent, caring, knew what they were doing, was in and out quickly, left with a strong feeling of gratitude that there is such a service available whenever I need it.
