Came in due to congestion and having a hard time breathing. Wait time was long even though there was only 3 people in front of me but not as bad as if at er. I like getting the paperwork online and seeing how many people were ahead of me. And then fetting the discharge onfo online right away. Everything was clean everyone friendly

I was having difficulty breathing so the front desk lady called for someone to come to get me immediately. They came with a wheelchair and I was in a room in a matter of minutes. All the staff that helped me was very professional plus very caring. Couldn’t ask for a better place to be treated.

Had an appointment made for 4pm, set in waiting room for 2 hours before being taken back. Then set in room another hour before I was seen by doctor. So unfortunately I couldn’t get antibiotics until the day after due to it being late.
