The clinic staff was excellent and took care of me. I highly recommend this clinic. Making an appointment was easy online.

Staff was friendly, but my experience with dr Cody was not good. He did not greet me and didn’t give me a physical exam, the nurse had to go get him to come back because I asked if he was going to and she said “oh did he not?”. I asked for more than 3 days off of work and he said he’s not allowed to because “he will get in trouble with his boss”. I haven’t had a bad experience until now. I feel like it was a waste of time and money.

All the staff from the front desk, the nurses, & the provider were great! Got me checked in and into the back quickly then addressed my concerns swiftly and everything was discussed well with me.

I was at the door at 8am when they opened, the staff was upbeat and ready for their day like it was 10am, not 8. They took care of me straight away, ran the test that they needed, determined my illness, explain the diagnosis, sent in the scripts and I was on my way. Exactly what I needed after feeling bad for several days… and today because of the medication they administered it. I am feeling much better! Great staff all around, expedient, knowledgeable but thorough. Phenomenal experience!

The staff was very professional and compassionate.

Answering all the questions was time consuming. I lost my 1 pm appointment because I couldn't lock it in until I went through multiple screens and entered my credit card number. I ended up getting a 5 pm appointment, adding hours to my discomfort. Everything else about my experience was good.

Woke up w the same sore throat made a appt here online quick and easy. went to the location and sat and waiting 20 mins for my appt just to find out i couldn’t even be seen because of my age. i had to get a refund for the copay i owed as well

I was out running errands that morning when how I felt was taking a turn quick. So, I decided to go get checked out. I did not call ahead or make an appointment and I was able to walk right in. I was seen within 10-15 minutes. They were able to diagnose me quickly again within another 10-15 minutes and I was back in my car. This was my first time using them and I would definitely recommend going when you just know something is wrong.

Bedside manner was terrible, the provider didnt even introduce himself. My diagnosis was not explained. Consent for procedure was not obtained by clinical staff or provider
