This was my first visit as I have never been to an urgent care facility. Everyone was very kind, you were greeted with a smiling face. I was made to feel at ease and we had pleasant conversation. The procedure was done making me feel comfortable and less nervous the whole staff from the ones who cared for me to the ones that didn’t provide care was fantastic. It was wonderful to see the staff work as a team and cared for one another too
