Was coming into rule out a possible dislocated shoulder, and the treatment that I got was phenomenal, my post visit care was very well explained, the staff was incredibly friendly and compassionate, I could not have asked for better care. I wish I could schedule all of my appointments for medical care with this group!

I was a walk-in patient and was very pleased with my care during the check-in process as well as the care I received from the medical staff.  Everyone was very friendly and the lady running the front desk was excellent. She not only helped me with check-in, but being new to the area, she was also helpful with other interests and needs in and around the community.

I have been sick for over a week so I made an appointment to try and see what was going on. While all of the initial staff was wonderful and welcoming, the NP I saw was anything but. I felt very rushed by him and not exactly listened to when I told him all of my issues. I came in complaining of a progressing cough and tightness in my chest and after checking my lugs in the back (never in the front) was told my chest was fine and it was just a sinus infection. He was in the room with me very little time before moving on. He did write me some antibiotics and cough medicine but I felt very dismissed as I get pneumonia very easily and really needed to be thoroughly checked for this.

Nurse was the best! Super great experience. She was very attentive and the wait was not long.

had been to a different office for ear pain. they said all they saw was wax. a day later I couldn't hear. came here and Tabitha cleaned out the wax to reveal a double ear infection!! thank you so much! will be back here for any urgent care!

Woke up this morning with sinuses clogged and throat sore. Made appointment and was seen within hours. Was not given any meds and pretty much told it will go away if not come back. Why did I have to pay $30 deductible for useless information?

One of the only medical offices in Lynchburg that isn’t run by Centra Health and the people are amazing!!  Everyone is friendly, genuinely warm and respectful.  We hope you all stay in Lynchburg!!

Excellent and so very helpful as always.  Even though it was a Sunday I was glad to find that they had appointments open.  I thought I had broken my finger and I really need a reasonable dignosis quickly.  Job well done!
