too long a wait time--was there 3.5 hours xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

I had an appointment but was not seen bc you didn’t offer the services that I needed. office cleanliness gets 3 starts bc there’re was trash in the waiting room. Provider was nice although he couldn’t treat me.  He came out and explained that he couldn’t see me bc you guys wouldn’t have what’s needed.

went in for an abcess and the wait was a little long but after i got taken back i was in and out thankfully, and staff were very professional and helped make everything faster

Due to needing a CT scan and being on blood thinners. Dr. Couldn't treat me. Sent me to Regional Memorial hospital Emergency Room. My take away is for flu, colds, shingles great to have close by Urgent Care in Bon Secours network.

Check-in is to long. Once you check-in on the kiosk you shouldn't have to go on your phone and do the same thing with a few more things added. This is not convenient for a lot of elderly patients. This is the only thing I didn't like about my visit. Everything else was great.

The PA put some things in his report that he did not do. He did not use the tool to look into my ears, but it was in his report. He did not have me walk around the room to observe my gait, but it was in his report. Overall, I am pleased with the place but the notes in the reports should reflect what was really performed.

Brought my individual up in there yesterday they didn’t even look at her. They just checked her temperature and sent her on her way. Did not give out no good solutions did not even attempt to try to help at all.

I came in with back and chest pain. The staff were kind and the doctor was knowledgeable. The facility was nice and clean as well.

I did a walk in because it felt like something was stuck in my throat after eating and the wait time wasn’t long for getting checked but once I was in the room i got asked some questions then waited 20 minutes for another staff member to walk In she felt my throat I was in the room for a total of an hour and a half just sitting after the questions and the xray they did. But in the end she told me it was probably a scratch and that it would probably end up healing on its own and if I didn’t go to the er . I should’ve just waited it out because it was a waist of time and then ended up with a $260 bill.

Doctor and staff were AWESOME! Doctor his time to explain what he was doing and why. I really appreciated that a lot. Thanks Bon Secours. 😃
