Have to say, most pleasant visit to a doctors anyone can ask for.

My husband was well taken care of here. It’s been years since we had needed to go to an urgent care and discovered Carbon online. They had an easy feature to make an appt which we did. When we arrived it was very clean, new and modern in its decor and no one else was in the waiting room. That was a little surprising however since Covid I’m guessing the online appt system was set up to prevent crowding and waiting. In fact only just a few chairs in the waiting room. We signed in and I don’t think waited more than five min before my husband was seen. I think the clinician took all the appropriate steps for his care. It was a very easy efficient process. Staff is very warm and professional and it’s a spotless facility.

Not a long wait time. New location, staff wasnt familar on Tricare Insurance.

Everyone is so friendly, prompt, and really takes their time to understand the problem.

I brought my two year old son in for a same-day appointment to have someone take a look at his ear. We suspected he had an ear infection. It was quick, easy, and painless. I would definitely come here again.
