I set an appointment to get mu second Covid booster shot and the whole process was a breeze. The staff was communicative and very nice, and the wait was reasonable. They were clearly very busy, but didn't that impact anyone's care.

I went in for an ear infection and ear wax manual removal. The whole experience was incredibly painful and it was clear the nurse had no idea what she was doing. The MD finally was able to remove some but I am still experiencing severe pressure. My appointment was 45 minutes before I even saw the doctor. The whole process took over 2 hours; however, the same issue at an ENT doctor would have taken 30 minutes:
