Very frustrated with booking on line... Solv sent text confirmation of appt but Carbon facility had no record when we arrived, and same for my husband. Fortunately they still were able to work us in, as they had no openings and stopped taking walk-ins after us. She did not seemed surprised as they obviously are aware of this disconnect with Solv and Carbon sites not connecting info....why wouldn't someone do something about this? The staff and care was good though, to which were were grateful!

All staff were excellent except Kristie Essa, NP. She told me to stay home through Monday yet told me that Urgent Care does not provide work excuse notes which is not true so she changed her story and said she doesn’t provide them. Why would you tell someone its best to stay home yet not provide the backup they may need for work. And i wasnt there for a work note i was making sure i wasnt positive for the flu anymore before I return to work. My visit on may 1st was fantastic not so much yesterday
