The provider and all staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit and wait time was minimal which is usually a problem. My assigned provider was terrific and very caring, as was everyone I saw. I would highly recommend Carbon Health and will not hesitate to go back again. I booked my appt. thru Solv and it went very smoothly.

Even though I had an appt, there was more than an hour of wait time. Other than that, staff and NP were really great and took time troubleshooting my injury. I would highly recommend

Support staff is friendly. However the person giving me care only introduced herself as “provider”. She had no identification as to her credentials, so I don’t know who was seeing me. I would like to know what level of expertise the person seeing me, and managing my care, has. I was also told I could wait there for my x ray results, or get a call later. I opted for the call, but it never came. So that whole morning has appeared to be a time waster. This was my last shot at using urgent care, seriously over the sub-par care that makes me have to go see a real doctor anyway.

The worst experience I have received. I suffered with acute insomnia. The provider, Susan Lasala-Wood, had no compassion and was exceedingly rude. I am a DNP and write prescriptions for patients daily. She asked why I did not just write my own scripts. I was told I could receive a onetime script for Restoril. She affirmed this during our visit. However, she ultimately prescribed Vistaril without notifying me of this change. Since I perform this duty every day, I would say she has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. I always endeavor to have compassion and care when dealing with my patients.
