My mom had a rapid Covid test for same day travel. We waited about 45 minutes for result, and the result came out positive for Covid. We thought she has Covid. So we are going to cancel her international flight. But we got one test result from CVS the day before, it was negative. We took two tests at home after, it came back negative right away. So I decided to do another rapid test at Walgreen, it came out NEGATIVE. She has negative for COVID test everywhere else, only wrong/false result at Carbon health. She almost missed her flight. I am glad we didn’t trust Carbon Health’s false result. We need our money back for the false test.

The front desk lady was horrible. She basically wasted our time and did not seem to know what they were doing. She was rude and messed up multiple times. She wrote a wrong email, created appointments that could not connect to the app! I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place!
