Easy to schedule an appointment online. Reception was efficient and fast. As a new patient we had to do an initial “intake”, but that went smoothly too. I was seen relatively quickly (I mean, it’s a doctors office). The people I dealt with were super friendly. There was no time wasted, but I felt they were genuinely concerned with my well being. The doctor was very prompt in sending my prescriptions to my pharmacy. No issues there. I still hurt, but my visit was otherwise pleasant. I would highly recommend this provider.

The person who took my vitals was friendly and nice. The issues I have with the care I received are as follows: 1. A urine test was ordered for an alleged UTI. None of my symptoms were related to a UTI, and I've had them before. 2. The PA didn't really care about my symptoms or background. So I still have no relief, but will not be returning here to receive follow-up care.
