These star ratings are conflicting ! They solely depend on what doctor you see !!Today was my 2 Nd visit to care station ! I only returned because of my experience with my first visit. I saw Dr Ashany my first visit , she was AMAZING! She had ALL the qualities a good doctor should have! She was patient , understanding , kind , and compassionate ! She truly took her time to listen to my current medical condition and gather history about my past medical history! I was due to travel a few days after I saw her ! I felt confident enough to travel due to the GREAT care she provided!! She knew how to treat me ,and listened to what medications usually work , considering I have had a breathing condition for Over 30 years. I left feeling confident with her care !!! Today I returned with almost the exact symptoms and the experience was TERRIBLE!! I had to see Dr Payal, I would NEVER see her again ! I will wait until I can’t breathe at all before I subject myself to her care ! She has a terrible bed side manner , Does not listen to the patients needs , and very argumentative !! Not to mention I was in the office for over 2 hours !! I will definitely return if needed , but only would suggest to anyone to ONLY SEE Dr Ashany!! if you are looking for a professional , kind and compassionate doctor , non argumentative doctor , STAY AWAY from Dr Payal , she has no regards for her patients !! She does not allow you to ask any questions about your own care ! She is VERY aggressive towards her patients , and thinks she has the right to make long term medication decisions for her patients , with NO regards to what their future medical needs may be ! I am writing this review while sitting in the office , because I am so DISGUSTED by the treatment and care of Dr Payal . Dr Ashany makes this place a 5 * place , but unfortunately there are other doctors and staff , that make this place very divided ! I wish I knew ahead of time , the TERRIBLE care I was going to receive today , and I would have suffered until Dr Ashany came in ! Thank you Dr Ashany for being everything a GREAT doctor should be !!
