I came in with bad chess pains my doctor told me to go to a urgent care center. When I checked in I was told to wait in the parking lot, 3 hours later I call 3 times and the phone rang so long it just quit ringing when I did finally got through I canceled my appt. and check my self in at Arrow Springs hospital and was taken right in. urgent care dose not mean urgent to the Walmart inspired Lebanon clinic. If you go there with urgent needs you are going to DIE in there parking lot.

My biggest complaint is with this website not with the facility itself. I thought that I had signed in online it was never clearly communicated to me that I needed to check in in the building. I waited for over an hour expecting to receive an email or a text message to go into the building. I assumed that there would not be a waiting area due to Covid restrictions. The staff informed me when I did go in that there is no link between this website and their waiting list. What a colossal waste of my time. Get your information off of their website it does not help any patient.

When i finally received my care it was fine. The check in process was a waste though. I received an email to check in on line which i did when i arrived. It came back and said there were 3 people ahead of me. I waited and waited and waited expecting to get a text saying come inside we are ready for you. That never happened. I ended up going inside and the receptionist said they were wondering where i was. Apparently they don’t check the information that was sent to the patient waiting on their cars. And she had to enter all the insurance info that i entered online to save time. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes to see the dr. Why do you have an app with all this great info of the clinic is not going to use it? I assumed they would text me to prevent us from waiting in the waiting room. My vet even does this. My appt time was 10:30 and i was seen at 12. Basically all due to them not utilizing the system

I had 1:15 apt I was told to wait in my car and text when I arrived and I did at 1:00. Waited 45 mins no response, my name didn’t move on list at all. I called twice and never got anyone to answer the phone! I received nothing!!

COVID test for myself and daughter. Everything went very well. Attentive, professional and friendly folks all the way through process. Only concern is the amount of time to get test results back. It took almost 4 days.

Made an appointment online, it was quick and easy to do. Showed up at my scheduled time and was in and out in roughly 30 minutes. Everyone was professional and friendly.

Very friendly staff and I felt the care was great.

The provider, Jessica that took care of my son today was awesome! She was very patient, kind and understanding. She definitely took time to provide updated education and recommendations related to covid-19. I was very impressed with her bedside manners. We will definitely use this urgent care again. Thank you sooo much Jessica!!!!

Everyone was so nice. The NP was so nice and patient and didn’t rush me out. I’ll go back if I need care in the future.

Erin Williams went above and beyond to try and help my 88 year old father with his issues! I appreciate all she did to help us.
