THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! I scheduled an appointment through their web portal, as directed, to have my son tested for strep and get antibiotics. I scheduled it earlier in the day, and selected the option "After 7:00 p.m." I received a confirmation that he was checked in, and to wait from home for a phone call to come to the clinic. We waited. And waited. I filled out all the forms, uploaded insurance and driver's license, and received confirmation for that as well. At 7:40 p.m. when I hadn't heard from them yet, we went to the clinic. There was not a single patient there! There were at least 2 employees "working." They refused to see him, telling us they were seeing patients by appointment only. I told her I had an appointment but had not received a call. She said they would still not be able to see him, and I would have to schedule an appointment for the next day. Absolute waste of time, and kept me from getting medical care for my son elsewhere. By 8 pm, everything else was closed. They care nothing about their patients, and are extremely rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This is the worst place ever. Been there twice over the past 2 years and TOTALLY mistreated by uncaring personnel each time. DO NOT GO THERE.
