We chose to go elsewhere because they don’t honor the scheduled appointment from the Solv app. We showed up at our appointment time and were told we had a 1.5-2 hr wait.

The wait time on the board is completely worthless. I signed up at 8:30 am for a 12:45 appt. Got there at 12:40 and completed my onto registration before 12:45 and waited until 1:20 to get a room. While my child was top on the list four more children were placed ahead of him. When I asked if my child was actually going to be seen next a nurse told me I needed to put on a mask. Since my child was asleep on me she offered to come get me one. I told her I do not wear masks but she insisted. She gave me one and I told her I would not be wearing it. So she walked away. Then from inside the desk she told me again to wear it to which I responded, “where is your mask?” She mumbled something incoherently and then disappeared. Never to be seen again during that visit. I do NOT take kindly to hypocrites barking orders at me and blatelty lying to my face!
