Staff was friendly, doctor was very informative and helpful, the place was very sanitary, and I have zero complaints other than an inconvenient wait time due to needing to covid test me before I can enter (which is totally understandable)

I got good treatment but it’s impossible to contact after I left. I needed to reach my doctor about the prescription, and they gave me a number to call… went to a non setup voicemail every time. I called 10 times, emailed, even tried the online live chat. No one ever got back to me….. insanely unprofessional.

Although the weight to get in once I arrive was a little bit longer than I would’ve expected, everyone was very friendly the office was really clean and I feel that I received very good and knowledgeable medical care. I felt like the medical professionals who saw me on on today’s appointment really show genuine care and concern for my health in general and for the issue I need to see someone about I would definitely recommend them to others

Every single person who works there is very kind considerate and caring. My provider had an excellent bedside manner and really cared about my health and I appreciate them 100%. This was my first time going to this location and I'm definitely going to be going back just because they were so kind and they really cared about me and cared about getting me healthy again .

Deceptive. The appointment times mean nothing so tell us it first pcome first serve. Also cold Great PA.

The Alameda office never answers the phone for days. Both the Oakland and San Leandro goes right to voice mail box which says their mail boxes have never been set up for messages so no way to leave a message or to reach a person to ask a question.

Everything was great, intake, vitals, exam, except for the MA, that took my blood or at least tried to take my blood. Seemed like she was either inexperience or rusty. Was the most painful blood draws I’ve ever experienced. Blood stopped flowing mid draw and I felt like she was unsure of herself while she tried to attempt to use the other arm but couldn’t find a vein. I was happy she didn’t draw from that arm I have major bruising and soreness still, 2 days later. They ended up sending me to an offsite lab. Wish they would’ve done that from the get go.

waited for over 30 mins for a test even though I had an appointment. staff seemed confused and frazzled.
