I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over two years. I’ve had “moments” of great care - but one significant issue that I’ve experienced is what I would call a shocking lack of follow through or active communication post visit. To put it plainly, when I’m in the room receiving treatment and consultation - I feel reassured and relived. But as the days and weeks pass by post visit - nothing. No follow up on the “let me take a look and I’ll get back to you soon…” from the doctor - no response after the “let’s get you a referral…” after I leave the clinic. I know poor experiences can happen everywhere and I’m reluctant to make accusations after one or two bad occurrences. But this is two years and counting and it’s getting progressively worse. At this point, I don’t even feel comfortable asking the nursing staff a question.
