Is this place a joke?? This is the most deplorable office I've ever been to. I move every so often and have a few medical conditions, so trust me, I have had my fair share of medical office experiences. First and foremost, and this is truly not meant to be mean, but I don't know how else to say it: Dr. Tindle must have some sort of mental impairment. He literally cannot compute what one is saying. I had to repeat myself 3 times until he understood why I was there and what I was looking to find out. Maybe he could try reading what the nurse wrote on my chart before coming in. Or at least before asking me everything from the start. "So what brings you in?".... probably what the nurse wrote down. Check my blood sugar as my brother was diagnosed with diabetes. Also possible UTI. (I did not say this, but come on) It took talking very slowly and as straightforward as possible for him to finally comprehend. Writing it down for him would have been much easier; that way he could go back and see the answer which was already given him for that question. But of course, it is not him, but I that is not making any sense. In order for him to make that clear to me, he gives mocking smiles. One more quick observation on Dr. Tindle before we move on; he knows everything. He asked what I was doing when I walking out after the exam was over, to which I thought was what most people tend to do afterwards, "Leaving?" "Don't you want your Rx?" "Oh, I didn't realize that you don't call it in." "No- no doctors do that", with that classic smirk on his face. "Yes, they do. I can't remember the last time I had to physically take a script in and I see quite a few doctors each week." "Well, no doctor's do that." "..." Not sure what to say about that one. I guess my dermatologist, Ob-Gyn, dentist, endodontist, periodontist, neurologist, pulmonologist, psychiatrist, and all of my past PCPs were/are all imaginary. I myself worked for an optometrist for years, and guess what? We sent/called in Rxs for our patients. We also accommodated slight inconveniences to us for them, because you know, we thought maybe we were there to help people. Let's move on to another great aspect of this office: the nurses... or technicians... I'm not sure what they are; all I know is that they are remarkably rude. Having to do work while at work must be inconvenient for them. I'm not sure if they understand that their job entails helping people, but either way they must really hate it. LASTLY, the front desk receptionists are atrocious. My primary insurance for some reason was incorrectly stated as being my secondary. I even spoke with the insurance company that morning before my appointment and resolved the dilemma and had the information corrected. She didn't believe me, so I had to insist for her to call them and speak to someone to verify what I was saying. I guess they don't do that too often because I had to walk her through what to say. I told her before she even called who I had spoke with and that they had made a note in my file that I am covered, but that it will take a few days to have it show in the system... All they had to do was set the bill aside for a few days and submit it after it was updated. 5 days. Print out the bill and set it aside for 5 days. Then submit it. It actually requires almost zero effort. So, want to guess how that turned out? Paying upfront out of pocket. Again, our practice we did this all the time for our patients. Even my endodontist, chiropractor, and Ob-Gyn all did it for me this past year, and they're just off the top of my head; there may have been more. In contrast, it's too burdensome for Complete Care Center to do that. .... which after everything else, not surprising at all. Don't go here. (and if for whatever reason you do: don't schedule anything else that day. You'll be there. All day.)
