The staff was quick to check up on me and provide me with detailed explanation of my condition, treatment plan and medications were quickly ordered. I am glad I booked an appointment. I also got plenty of information regarding my diagnosis.

Was seen for a rash on my lower leg. Was able to get an appointment easily. Did not have to wait after checking in. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, diagnosed my issue and ordered medication. Highly recommend!

I'm reluctant to use Urgent Care just because I've had issues in the past at the ones I've gone to. Convenient MD in Hadley changed my outlook on urgent care facilities. First, checking in was very fast and the front desk person was friendly. The waiting room was clean and quiet. I was called in very quickly. The medical assistant was super friendly and actually LISTENED to me. X-rays were done promptly and I've never had xrays read so quickly ever!!!! Within 5 to 10 minutes of finishing the X-rays, the main provider came in. I felt like she listened to me and understood the problem quickly. Sometimes I feel like the doctors and nurses don't really listen and don't treat the problem effectively because of this. This was NOT the case here. She came up with a plan, sent in the prescriptions and made sure I understood the treatment plan before leaving. I could also ask questions and not feel rushed. It was a great experience at Convenient MD in Hadley.

Put off seeing an doctor for a week or so. I was able to walk in, chat with someone and get seen within the hour. Amazingly helpful people they were kind and quick I was able to grab medication on the drive home and have been feeling better ever sense! 10/10 highly recommended!

Very friendly and competent staff, from check-in to nurse to provider. Made to feel at ease, spent good amount of time with education and felt like I got good care. Overall, a very good experience.

I came in to have a thorn removed from my finger and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind! The wait time was super short, and I came in so nervous for treatment but both professionals who saw me were incredibly kind and really helped me feel at ease. The actual procedure to get the thorn removed was quick and done with the utmost care by the nurse practitioner, and I felt so much better by the time I left. I would definitely recommend this provider and return to it for any future needs.

Really great experience at this urgent care. The staff was all great, it was not a long wait, and they took great care of me. Would highly recommend.
