I've always had a good experience, but this time i waited in the room with no one ahead of me for 45 minutes. When the dr came in i told them i think i have bronchitis and i just cant breath. I also need a refill on my asthma medication. Not once did the dr listen to my lungs to make sure it was bronchitis or pneumonia. Just looked at my ears and said i will call in some perscriptions. My mother is a certified MA and she was not impressed either. Was a little expensive for not getting treated the way i should have.

I came in for a PCR travel test and I misspelled my name on my forms. The airline rejected my test results because it was misspelled. I went in and told them what happened. They were extremely patient and friendly and were able to get it all fixed and out the door on time to get to the airport! Thank you guys so much!!

I had scheduled an online appointment but when I arrived, I was told that the online system doesn't work and I would just have to get in line(and that it would be 45 minutes). We finally got into the exam room at around 12:20 and weren't seen until after 1:00.

My experience was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Dr. Ralph quickly took care of us and we were on our way! I love the new location on Sunset Boulevard. The hours the clinic is open are very helpful. Although you can just walk in, we easily scheduled an appointment online the night before. We will definitely return as needed!
