I had an appointment because of a uti, and had to wait 2 hours.  This was painful. There should be an exception when one is in pain.  This happened twice already.  I am glad Docs is in the North street shopping center as it is convenient for me. I rely on Docs for care.

Went in for a clogged ear Monday but no one was there to physically take Out the wax in my ear. Went back on Wednesday The team was very good & I walked out hearing again. So very pleased with the care there. Was just upset that I had to pay 2 co pays. Wish someone was there the first visit to do it.

Me programaron cita con tres meses de anterioridad ..el día anterior me confirmaron la cita. El día de la cita llegue y me dicen q no hay ningún médico que me atienda porque la doctora había renunciado ... me programo exámenes para el día lunes alas 8.15am y me atendieron alas 11.20 am.. me dieron cita para el siguiente sábado alas 9.00 am. que me viera un medico y me atendió alas 11.15 am .. la manager es una persona poco amable y algo grosera con los usuarios. ... es muy poco el orden que tienen en cuanto alas citas y atención.. Los médicos se les dice el motivo porque va el paciente y responden con evasivas para ellos todo es normal

Im not sure what the point of making an appointment is, since I waited over an hour in the waiting room. However, I was glad that one of the attendants took my vitals and asked for a urine sample during that hour. The PA was kind and thorough, giving me some good info about my health situation.
