I decided last minute that I needed to get checked dude to my nose constantly bleeding. The receptionist sadly I don’t recall her name was very pleasant anx understanding of me being on a time crunch the whole staff was as a matter of fact.

Best Dr. And staff I could ask for ! Besides wait time I recommend.

The nurse who assisted me was very kind and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. Being physically in an urgent care facility but having the doctor only available virtually makes no sense for a medical visit. There is no way for a remote provider to properly listen to your chest, fully assess symptoms, or accurately evaluate what’s going on in person. I was also told I would receive a follow-up call with my test results and never did. Because there was no follow-up, I never even received a diagnosis. Overall, the experience felt impersonal, inefficient, and poorly managed. Between the virtual doctor setup and the complete lack of follow-through, the customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this location.

I had an excellent visit: thorough, probing and exceptional follow-up. I have never had a follow-up call from an Urgent Care office and I was very grateful because I could not get a an appointment with my doctor for what I considered an important check-up. The staff’s concern was palpable and I very much needed reassurances as my breathing was labored. Next visit would have been the ER and I was able to avoid it by the Urgent Care treatment. I cannot praise the the staff enough for their expertise. KUDOS! Highly recommend.

I went in for sciatic pain. I get it every so often and they were very helpful and took care of the situation for me. They got back to me to see how everything was when I visit here. I always go to that urgent care. The staff is very friendly and I get good care from the doctors.

They charged me a $20 copay during the check in process and then told me it would be $100 to see them. I have been there previously and been charged $10 or $20 copay. They showed no empathy or concern. I went to another urgent care facility and was seen right away in a professional manner with a $20 copay. Docs was a waste of my time on a day when I was feeling lousy. I will not be returning there

The staff were incredibly helpful. They were transparent about wait times and did everything they could to get me the help I needed.
