This is a very friendly and great place. I was very sick today and a Ms. Tina Walker was very nice to me she took the time and effort in taking care of my need. The wait time was on point I was in and out fast. I will be going back to get my flu shot there in a few weeks.

If you're looking to get ripped off - this is your place! Went in for a COVID test in October 2020 & provided updated insurance - billing department did not update and billed my old insurance. November 2020, went in for another COVID test and was filed through my insurance (So they had my insurance 2 times). I was contacted 6 months later via call (never received). In August 2021, received a bill for $272, contacted the email address on the bill and didn't receive a response followed up via email (paper trail) 6 times - STILL no response. Called on 9/23 provided insurance AGAIN and was assured it was being taken care of. 9/26 received a notice that I was sent to collections after nearly 10 attempts to correct the billing mishap THEY caused. 10/6/21, I followed up again on my email, no response. 11/12/21, I got a call from the collections agency harassing me on my personal line so I called Piedmont again to get this rectified, and was advised that they didn’t file with the insurance company within in the time frame so I have to contact my insurance to get this taken care of. I called insurance and they advised it was outside of the window. On a conference line with my insurance and Brenda from Piedmont billing department, I was wildly disrespected and screamed at by Brenda telling me "I should listen to my mother" amongst many other condescending and unprofessional phrases while providing ZERO help in escalating the situation to a manager or listening to anything I had to say about the issues they caused. Brenda offered to put me on a payment plan for the issue that Piedmont caused instead of owning fault which is within the means of Piedmont. Brenda refused to remove the incorrect charge from my account and the notice to the credit company. Now, my parents own a medical company and work with insurances, when instances happen its at the fault of the company, not the patient. BUT don't you worry - It will take you 20 minutes to speak to anyone on their billing line and they are just NOT helpful at all, TRUST ME, it's best you just got to another facility cause this is going to kill patients by trying to deal with the billing department.
