You are sick with fever and the make you stand in a line for 2 hours, in the cold. Why aren't they doing appointment like any other civilized place. The line is over 1/2 block long (long block) and moves at a snails pace. After standing in cold for 2 hours, if you weren't sick before, this will definitely make you sicker. Terrible.
