Felt really crappy today, from the time I walked in the door, super late mind you. They were about to close. I got assistance from the young lady at he front desk, quick and fast, she knows her job. Got me to the back, immediately took vitals, and then the doctor came in, full of knowledge. She actually genuinely cared about me getting help, with the correct treatment, instead of what I assumed. I’m blessed to have chosen them tonight.

Went to work today with no energy and thought I was sick. Should’ve went to the doctor this weekend, but didn’t. I’m glad I did. Thanks so much.

The staff was assume.. Was able to get an xray of me knee to confirm that nothing was broken .. The dr even peraonally called me to provide those details to me after i left.. The nurse was so nice to have wheeled me around even to my car .. So thank you guys for the great professional hospitality!!!

I understand he is not there every day, but Matt Dower was exceptional in his care for me as a patient. I am so used to being treated for my current symptoms, it was very comforting to have someone interested in my recent health history in order to identify the root of the problem. The entire process of scheduling and check-in was very simple, and the rest of the staff was also extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. Great experience.

Return visit for worker’s compensation and the staff were very cordial, helpful in getting me in for my visit. The doctor was thorough in her examination and explained everything in her examination of me. Even though this WV had me depressed she brightened up my morning.

The entire experience at ExperCARE Hinesville was excellent. Check-in was quick and easy, the wait time was minimal, and the facility was very clean. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. The provider had a great bedside manner, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I felt well cared for from beginning to end and would definitely recommend this location.

I had never been to this clinic but it was recommended by a few people I knew so I took a chance. It was easy to get through the paperwork. All of the staff was friendly. The PA presented options ro me to let me take responsibility for my care and offered follow-up should I need to change course depending on how I am next week. This clinic is a great alternative for when I can’t get in to my regular provider. I recommend this clinic.
