I came before 3 pm and the lobby was empty, no patients waiting, except for me. Soon came in more people. 1 hour later I was still waiting while the people that came in after me left. One of the women on the front asked me if nobody has called me yet, I said not. They say I'd be the next one, but other patient, who came in like 1 hour later than me, was attended before me. I asked the staff what was happening and they said "they don't have what I needed. A few minutes later they finally called me. I just needed a flu, covid and strep test, and there were A LOT! I was attended after 2 hours waiting in the lobby, even when the lobby was empty when I arrived.

Wait time is pretty long and building is very cold, but the staff were all great!

Very difficult to register   Not easy using the app and my insurance is taken but did not show up in the drop down options.  Staff and service was amazing as always but not being able to sign in at desk was frustrating

Woke up feeling worst so I finally decided to see a doctor that afternoon. Checking in ahead of time was a great idea. It made the process easier and quicker. It took a little longer getting to the back but after that the process went smooth and the staff was super friendly and made me very comfortable. In and out in no time.

After scheduling my appointment and arriving at the clinic on time, I waited to get called back for an hour. The nurses and nurse practitioner were unfriendly and short the entire time.

I would really like to have given five stars to all. I watched six others ahead of me check-in. Patient courtesy was impressive I thought. The young lady's demeanor seemed to change when it was my turn.

There were some things that were repetitive. What's the point of filling paperwork out online if I have to fill a paper form when I arrive? Also, they found a several-months-old charge from MED CENTER, that I was unaware of, and the staff implied that I couldn't be seen without paying that balance. That is very unprofessional, particularly because the balance was less than $25 and I had no previous knowledge of it. I dont think the practice is going to fold over a very small balance. And I cant imagine that you have thousands of people that owe small balances. A little compassion training might be in order for your staff.

Check in was easy and called within 15 minutes of arrival. Nurse was very thorough and professional as well as the Doctor. I would highly recommend to others.

Miserable process to check in with my phone. It used to take only a couple of minutes to sign in and update paperwork; the new process of signing in with my phone took almost 15 minutes and required assistance from front desk clerks. I don’t see how this is better than before.

Woke up stuffy headed feeling terrible nose bleeding. Checked in online,  I got in  out less than 35 minutes. Nursing and doctors were great thank you!
