The staff member who brought us back was so kind and attentive to my son and made him feel so comfortable. Dr. Tuten was wonderful! He was so kind and compassionate and listened to my concerns. My 6 year old also really liked him.

Had migraine schedule to see the doctor at 4:15.,Didn’t get to see the doctors until 6:30pm . People were behind me was going in front of me.

I was there for over three hours and people that came in an hour after me wss seem before I was. When I checked in it said there were two people before me. I really don’t understand the long wait there were no emergencies.

I was a walk in.The girl at the front desk was most cordial.She filled out everything on my phone that is required by you.I was really glad about that.I was extremely satisfied with everything.

Went to see if I had covid. Turns out I did. They had me in and out with a necessary wait time due to me being a walk in. Wait time wasn’t even crazy.

Took about 2 hours to get in but it was a little busy so I understand completely but once we did get into the room the visit felt very rushed. The doctor barely checked on my child and didn’t really give me anything to help with our situation. It was no more than a 10 min conversation and then we were sent on our way after just waiting the 2 hours to get seen in the first place, I definitely don’t recommend coming here and we won’t be back

I was a walk-in. I was out within two hours. Everyone was friendly, professional and thorough. This is my third visit in 3 years. I always go here when I can’t get in to see my regular doctor.

Tammy my nurse was awesome. So caring and was absolutely wonderful. You all need a dozen of Tammy’s working for you. And Brandon was very good. The guy who checked  me in was very courteous, extremely nice and very professional. Ladies at front counter as you walk in could use some customer service training. Called back in a timely manner  but waited in room on doctor a couple hours ☹️

I scheduled the appointment at around 8:45 am on the website for my child to be seen at 3:45 after school. We got there on time and checked in inside at 3:44. We still sat in the waiting room for 1 hour. This happens every single time we have to go there. I am confused as to why it is necessary to even schedule an appointment when the walk ins still go before you and you can look and see where people who had later appointments show up early go before you as well

The staff was very helpful and the visit was a timely one. I love Jennifer she is amazing and the Doctor was awesome as well.  Alex was helpful too. But I am prejudice she is my child.
