The last two visits I have been so disappointed in my visits.  It takes forever to see a doctor and when I did get to see one I was told the prescriptions that would be called in.  They were not called in.  I called back to ask if they had forgot to call in and stayed on hold 22 minutes.  I will not return.

Woke up with a terrible sore throat and ear aches Saturday morning. I as so grateful to be able to get in to see someone same day. The staff up front were friendly and welcoming. My triage nurses were amazing! My Dr was very concerned and thorough. She treated me like family. I would highly recommend anyone to ExperCare of Northport! Thanks to everyone for making my visit pleasant as bad as I was feeling!
