Everyone and everything was nice and place was real clean.The wait time not long at all.

Excellent front of staff as well as doc and nurses! Thank you for the care today. The wait time was brutal as I was so sick and felt terrible! I did register online which seemed to benefit me little!!

They are the best in urgent care.  They went up above and beyond.  I was so impressed with their medical knowledge and their aggressiveness ways of discovering multiple avenues to help you.  They gave me the best care and referrals for advanced care that I could have gotten!!! Exceptional. I recommend them highly!!! This will certainly be my home to go when I can’t get to my primary.  Such friendly and helpful staff!! The NP at the Northport location , she was fantastic!!!!! 5 stars  to her and the staff!!! The doctor had already left for the day …. She was awesome!!!!!👏🏽

I continue to have issues with my Affinity drug tests being completed correctly. Staff is evidently not trained on how to complete the paperwork/test causing me to repeat testing, which also causes me to have to pay out of pocket for repeat tests. Front desk staff have nothing to say except check in online and you owe X amount for co-pay.

Very friendly staff, short wait time with convenient online check-in and the doctor actually listened to our concerns.

I felt like my initial visit concerns, none of my questions were answered. I was brushed off as if the issue was something else. He really didn’t say much nor did he seem concerned. The front desk, MA, and nurse were way more kind than him. He didn’t introduce himself so I do not even remember who the MD, or CRNP was. I would not recommend him to anyone!

I had a great experience with ExperCARE Northport . I was able to schedule my appointment online and complete all of my check-in paperwork ahead of time, which made everything so convenient. I really appreciated receiving a text message when it was my turn to come inside to be seen—no long waiting room time. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The staff was friendly and professional, and I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend ExperCARE Northport!!!

The North River location didn’t have an X-ray tech available, and offered to transfer us to Northport. Unfortunately they didn’t get us in line, so we had to go to the end of the queue. If there is not a tech on staff then it should be information that is provided before you make an appointment. It could have saved me 2 hours.
