What patients are saying...

I had a terrible experience at ExpeCare. I was in severe pain, yet I waited a very long time before being seen by a nurse. After my X-ray, no one from radiology explained the results to me; I was simply given a report without any clear explanation of what it meant. I also asked for crutches because I was struggling to walk, but I was told none were available. Someone eventually brought crutches after I was already in the car preparing to leave. When I requested documentation for time off work, I was told that it was my employer’s responsibility. I left feeling unsupported, confused, and disappointed by the lack of care and communication. I expected much better treatment, especially while experiencing so much pain.

This was an incident at work that had to be documented and was sent for evaluation. The dr was excellent. Examined me, and gave me information, and suggested I return if necessary. Great place for quick medical visit.

was required to take a drug test upon arrival. After the company verified my information, the process was completed quickly. Everyone was very friendly, and the procedure was simple and easy to complete, which made the whole process very convenient.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was just a really long wait. I was there for over an hour and it was only me and another patient there.

I went there for testing everything was smooth . Staff was friendly and efficient. Asked about what kinds of insurance they take and general questions about what kinds of services did they offer. Will definitely come there again for other needs.

I came in for a follow up with a doctor instead of a PA. I felt dismissed and the doctor did not listen to me very well and talked over me. He wrote down incorrect information on the report to release me for work. I told him what the PA said to ice 3 days and warm compress the 4th day. He said that the PA was wrong and I should not have done the warm compress on the 4th day due to my type of injury. This inconsistency is worrisome. The swelling in my knee started to go down and less pain but then when I started the warm compress I had swelling and more pain. He did not even ask the scale of my pain.
