Wait time in lobby Bedside manner was a main issue. PA has limited understanding on how to talk with patients. Talking down to me little I am a child. I'm almost 60-years old and yes, I do know what Covid is. Wait time in lobby seemed to take a bit. Check-in (Solv) app always asks same questions when scheduling. This takes too much time. Staff sometimes friendly and sometimes not as much. Inconsistent.

Online appointment scheduling for urgent care visit was very easy and convenient. Completing the online pre-registration ahead of the appointment also saves time and makes the check-in process quick and facilitates a minimal wait time upon arrival. The staff and providers are all very friendly and listen to your concerns. This is my second visit and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality care.

I went in for a physical and labs, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. From my appointment time to the time I left was probably only 30–35 minutes. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment you walk in until you leave.
