Scheduling was simple online. Wait time in lobby and once roomed was a little longer than expected. Staff were friendly. Quality of care and bedside manner were great I will return if I need services again.

New to area was not sure if my insurance was accepted. Was happy to hear it was. All the staff was pleasant. Was taken care of , highly recommend

Just walked in. Didn’t feel well. It wasn’t busy but took awhile. Had good care though.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat an was able to book an appointment the same day. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Make sure you book an appointment in advance before arriving to one of their locations on their website it makes it easier for them and you to be attended quickly. I recommend to friends and family!

I used them for urgent care. I thought id been bitten by a spider and it was infected. It wasnt a spider bite but was definitely infected. They had to clean out the puss and dead tissue inside the wound, so they numbed it. Everyone from the front desk to the physician were courteous and seemed to truly care abt my well-being Its very clean, the temperature was perfect, the staff were all smiling and enjoying their time at work. I left there smiling and laughing, in a better mood than I came in with. Their located conveniently in Pooler and have adequate parking. I will not go anywhere else but here.

Needed ear irrigation. Unable to resolve issue but gave helpful advice. After the irrigation nurse told me she wanted the Dr to recheck. Dr never came. After 20ish minutes nurse said I could go and doctor called in prescription. Did not go over how to use whatever medication was prescribed.

I really felt peaceful in this environment! Wait time was not to bad
