Scheduled an appointment the day before and didn't get seen until 1.5 after my scheduled time. I understand that they were short staffed today so that, while annoying, it's not the part I'm upset about. I felt as though the doctor barely saw me. She didn't ask hardly any questions and after the x-ray she quickly came in, noted nothing was broken and immediately left without giving any care instructions, or what telling me what could be wrong with my arm. I only got a time estimate on how long I needed to keep a wrap on it when I asked the nurse who put it on me who then had to go search for the doctor to get an answer.

I was checked in on the iPad and within three minutes had my intake forms filled out. Was directed directly back to the office. Vitals were taken and had a wait of maybe five minutes to see the physician. Excellent care, great environment and good people. I don’t ever wanna go back because I don’t wanna be sick again, but if I am, I will choose this place.
