Doctor and nurse are caring and friendly. Front desk/ receptionist Staff can improve on observing the privacy of the patient. Seating waiting to be seen I heard loudly conversation about patients works related case and billing issues. I even was able to indentify who were the patients that they freely were chatting about by the last name they mention. Conversations like this need to be keep private for the benefits of the patients and the business. I recommend this provider.

After having a cough, fever and just feeling awful I decided to schedule an appointment. The whole process was very easy and I was able to schedule a convenient time to come in. From the time I entered the exceptionally clean office I was treated so nice by all the staff. Ms. Tang, the NP, was great!. I highly recommend Expercare in Statesboro, Ga!

Got me into an exam room pretty quickly however I waited in the exam room for an hour which wouldn’t have been as awful had someone let me know they were running behind or something- I thought I was forgotten about. Communication is key.
