With only a few walk-in clinics nearby, FastMed Urgent Care, Aberdeen may be your best option for immediate care inAberdeen. They are open today from 8:00AM to 8:00PM, as well as 7 days a week. As long as you visit them during their business hours, you should be able to walk right into 1800 N Sandhills Blvd and be seen relatively quickly. The national average for patients waiting at an urgent care is between 15-30 minutes, so hopefully it shouldn't be too long of a wait.
As part of the FastMed Urgent Care group, they have a sister facility in Rockingham 25 miles away that you may want to consider if the wait gets too long.

Everyone was very nice. Provider spoke plainly so I could understand her. Everything was great except wait time. Over an hour. Toni, Amy, Janet

I just wanted to update by review about my Easter Day visit. Fastmed urgent care has reached out to me and said the dr was correct in his diagnosis since I did not have a fever. He also said that is the reason no chest X-ray was done. He felt it was viral. ???? I guess my other symptoms don’t count. The doctor was very nice on the phone but at this point I’m not happy because I’m the one who ended up with the big hospital bill. Drs must take an oath never to admit to anything. At this point it’s over and I am much better.

My daughter went here and had the worst experience. As for Alicia, I think that was she said her name was, she lucky I didn't pull her across the counter. Don't not recommend this place.

To whom it may concern: I have been to this clinic several times and just about EVERY TIME that I've been here it has been horrible. I do understand that it's a walk in clinic and that we have the coronavirus going on also, but to have to sit outside in your car for almost 3 hrs for a drug test is RIDICULOUS to me, and not to mention that the staff have HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. If it wasn't for having to come here because I got hurt on my job, I wouldn't look at this place twice. This company needs to do BETTER, and hire more people if that's the problem.

Short story, I went there Easter Day 2019. I thought I may have viral laryngitis. Got told I was fine. 3 days later I collapsed with severe pneumonia that affected my heart. I was in Moore Regional Hospital ICU for 3 days. Do not go to Fastmed or take a family member there. No care is better then the care I received. Just go to the ER. I received A+ care at the hospital.
