Rude from the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out. The atmosphere is so cold, you freeze. Denied the meds my 13 year old needed bad and tried to upsell covid test. Heaven forbid something happens to my son before we get home to FL. Will sue them !!!! For sure !!!

The receptionist (Candy) was impolite and curt, having to be asked multiple times to request a different appointment time than what she offered. Her poor attitude was unprovoked. She was kindly asked to change her tone of voice and word choice. The patient behind me, who I didn't know, told the other receptionist that if Candy spoke to him the way she spoke to me, he didn't know if he would be able to control his temper. I cancelled my appointment without being seen.

I went for a simple Rapid Covid test (checked in online). This would be my third since March and each time, it took a total of 10 mins, including waiting. Just before my appt, they send a text that the appt is 45 mins late. When I got there they said that they were "Out of Rapid Test". They could have told me this a day before. 3 HOURS later, still waiting and so was a mother with her 10yr old child. Completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and disrespectful for people's time. They acted like it was normal. Go to CVS or literally anywhere else but here.

Horrible Experience! We did NOT see a Doctor. I don’t even think a Doctor was there. We were seen by a Nurse who diagnosed us with one thing and a Physicians Assistant who diagnosed us with something different. It was a terrible experience and I would NEVER recommend this Urgent Care to anyone.
