Left after waiting 1.5 hours. Worst urgent care I’ve been to.

I called in and set up an appts for 12:00 pm. I told the girl on the phone I tried to do it online myself but it wasn’t working. She said it’s ok I’ll set an appointment up for you. I arrived before my app time. I sat 1 1/2 hours and eight people can in after me and went back in before me. I went up and you’d them to cancel the appointment and I wanted a refund for my copay. The girl said we can’t do that. He said you took my money I haven’t been seen at all your going to give me a refund, someone else stepped in and said here let me help you. She said she did it and I could leave, I asked for a receipt showing the refund was put back on my card again we don’t do that we can’t give you a receipt he said I’d like a receipt showing she went back and someone else cane out and said your getting kind of irate are you, I did say not yet. They said what’s wrong so I told them how I’ve waited 1 1/2 hours eight came in after me and went back before be me. I asked for a refund and a receipt showing it and I’m told you don’t do that. This is not the way people should be treated. I understand that I had to and that was ok, wait but an hour and a half. What is the point of having people scheduling an appointment if they still have to wait so long? I don’t understand the process if you set up an appointment you should go in before a walk in if they are not critical. My wife and I came here many times but staffing has changed and so has the overall experience. Very disappointed.

The staff are friendly enough, but with two kids I have been to this urgent care several times and it doesn’t matter what time of day, how many people are in the waiting room, 1 or 10, the wait time is always over an hour. Even when I see several people come out and leave I know this means waiting rooms have opened, so either the staff are extremely slow in getting the paperwork done or there is one doctor on call at all times. I have worked urgent cares before and if this was one or two times, but In 4 years and maybe 20 visits, there is definitely an unflattering pattern.
