I had an 8:45 a.m. time slot reserved online. The clinic was supposed to open at 8:00. I waited until 9:00 a.m. Nobody showed up! They share a reception area with another clinic, and nobody even bothered to call in and tell the staff for the other clinic that they would be late or wouldn't open at all, so that they could then relay that to the patients. Absolutely no consideration for the patients that needed "Urgent Care" that morning. I'll never even consider FastMed again. Go to Duke's urgent care instead.
