Our medical insurance needed a single form filled out by medical staff here. 3 times the form has faxed to the location and NOT FILLED OUT. We are paying extra for meds because they won't fill it out. Stopped back today and no one knows where the form is . The refused to let us speak to supervisors. Not easy to deal with at all. Terrible customer service.

*I'm sure Fastmed will reply saying they're sorry and telling me that per the CDC, they can't over-prescribe antibiotics* Unless you're a fan of throwing money away, wasting your time and getting zero help, save yourself the upset and go somewhere else! The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because you have to at least give one in order to write a review. Took time off work and school to take my daughter who had a very bad cough and wheezing that had been going on for an extended length of time. Although we've been there before and none of our personal info has changed, and the receptionist confirmed that our insurance info was in her system, we still had to check in using the iPad and go through the whole process as though we were a new patient. Additionally, considering we were the only people in the waiting room, the wait time was excessive. We were seen by the dr, Matt, who confirmed the wheezing and a cough but did not prescribe antibiotics, only steroids and an inhaler. He said if there's no improvement to contact them. Fast forward 5 days later and there is absolutely zero improvement and my daughter is miserable! I called the office and explained that my daughter is not better and asked for another prescription. The receptionist told me she'd speak with the doctor and call me back, but I never received a return call. I called again the next morning as was told that they called a different number even though I specifically remember giving the receptionist my cell phone number. Frustrating! Then I was told that we'd have to come in again for another office visit as they would not call in another prescription, contrary to what dr Matt originally told us. As I'm sure is true with everyone, my time is valuable and my co-pays are very expensive. That said, I just spent a lot of time and money, got ZERO results and my daughter is still miserable. Now it's the weekend so we'll just have to ride it out until Monday and try to get in to see a real doctor who can help us. Honestly, they should consider taking the the words "fast" and "med" out of their name because they are neither. Best of luck to anyone who goes here.
