Needed a rapid covid pcr test. Website Clearly states available and the fee of $249. Made online appt and showed 15 minutes early. Reception told me they were trying to get a hold of me, that they don't do rapid pcr tests. Asked her if she left a message, she said wasn't given that option. Drove home, had my wife call my phone and left me a message. hmm, seems they lie to cover their mistakes.

If I could give no stars I would. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of respect when I first walked through the doors and the discusting display that followed.There were 2 women at the check- in desk who were carrying on a personal conversation as I walked in. I sit down waiting for an opertunity to check in because they were clearly aware I was there but ignored me. When they finally finish their conversation I ask to be seen. The woman rudely rolles her eyes and puts a form in front of me. I fill it out. She looks at it and says "what insurance". I explain that I have out of state insurance. She rudely swipes the form from the countertop and tosses it in the trash and coldly says " we won't be needing this have a nice day." I was so shocked I just left. I was in a motorcycle accident a few days prior to this visit to this facility and have a broken hand. I am a college student but could have payed the 100 dollar cash fee. Never again....

Despite checking in online and registering online, I waited another 40 minutes to be fully checked in once I arrived. Others with later appointments were checked in first and seen first despite having a later arrival and appointment time (not more urgent cases or I would've understood). I spoke to the receptionist about it on 3 occasions (chances to correct her oversight) and still nothing. After my appointment, I waited another 20 minutes for my paperwork (it took me asking for her to notice the printer was out of paper). A guy ahead of me left without his because it took so long. During my wait, the receptionist cursed in exasperation after getting off the phone with a client. Unprofessional and unacceptable

I scheduled an appointment in advance and only waited five minutes once I arrived. The nursing assistant was very efficient and the PA was very thorough. I’m very impressed by the care I received here.
