I took my daughter there 2 Days ago. The wait time wasn't bad the front desk and nurse was nice. The doctor there probably shouldn't be a doctor. The nurse barely swaps my daughter's mouth for the strep test and said I got a good sample. The doctor comes in and says the COVID and strep are negative. I don't have a doctor's degree and could clearly tell my daughter has strep. The doctor then looks in her mouth for a second before he says nope she is fine no strep and she had 103.8 fever. Today I take her to pardee because she has gotten worse and guess what ITS STREP THAT THE SO CALLED DOTOR SAID SHE DIDNT HAVE. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE IN MY LIFE. IM TIRED OF SEEING DOCTOR'S NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR PATIENT. My daughter could barely talk today and she couldn't eat or drink and that could have all been different if He the doctor actually cared. We left this place with no medication for my daughter when she needed an antibiotic. I'm sorry but the Male doctor sucks and should NOT BE A DOCTOR. That could be my daughter's life that he didn't give 2 craps about. The Nurse and doctor need more training before they are aloud to so call help patients. Do better doctor because right now you are as good as a fly on cow crap.

The lower rated reviews seem like they were a long time ago. My experience was recent and I DID have a wait, but NOT that long. The staff were ALL wonderful and the doctor took good care of me and helped me. So I would return to FastMed in Hendersonville....absolutely!

I wrenched my knee really badly. I knew it was a soft tissue injury, but I was in incredible pain. The PA (he never introduced himself) who saw me was horrid. Worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. He started forcing me to bend it (it wouldn't and it hurt) and then told me,"try not to scream." Then he moved it around, but never looking up to see me white knuckling the table or the tears in my eyes because he was making it so much worse. Then he said they don't have a brace that would fit me - three times. I am by no means small, but I am not massive and that was just rude. (I found one online in 2 minutes that would fit and it was a standard - not plus sized) Then he doesn't even try to wrap it, or offer me anything to help the pain. He insists they can't write for pain killers. Well prescription strength Tylenol or anti-inflammatory meds, even muscle relaxers, are not controlled substances. He did nothing but make the injury worse and then walk away. NEVER going back there again. Incompetent, insulting, and arrogant- not medical professional material.

I want to FastMed with flu symptoms. They confirmed it to be the flu and prescribed cough meds as well as an inhaler because I had some wheezing and since I had asthma as a kid, I guess they thought the asthma was back. A week later I called them back because my symptoms had worsened, and I even stated I was worried my body was fighting an infection because at this point my fever had not broken in 9 days and I was experiencing more severe shortness of breath. To this they said the fever was “just a flu symptom” and to just keep taking Tylenol and use the inhaler and they offered to prescribe steroids which I declined. In case you haven’t guessed, the inhaler did not help and the wheezing was not due to asthma. I felt discouraged and went on feeling miserable. The next day I ended up in the emergency room with double pneumonia. All the medical professionals who found out my fever had lasted so long were shocked, so I don’t know why the practitioner at urgent care did not seem to think it was weird. Anyway, all this to say I’m frustrated that my concerns were ignored and it ended up being a real serious problem. I will not be returning to this location and will instead go to Pardee Urgent Care for my urgent health needs in the future.

I went in presenting with a fever, a deeply congested cough, and a stuffy nose. I waited barely any time at all to be seen & my vitals were taken lightning quick. It actually took them longer to take my vitals than it did for a doctor to come tell me it was just allergies. Well, it wasn’t just allergies, it’s bronchitis (even the doctor admitted it couldn’t be just allergies with a fever, but whatever). Now I’m missing even more work, and I had to pay even more money to go see a doctor and get the actual prescriptions I needed. If the doctor had taken a little more time to listen to me (an asthma sufferer who gets bronchitis three or four times a year) maybe I could have gotten ahead of this. Im a nursing student, and I know that it’s hard to see someone on a one off and know exactly what’s wrong, but there’s no excuse for saying “It’s allergies” when it clearly isn’t. Front desk staff was amazing! My nurse was awesome! Can’t recommend you go there because I don’t think you’re actually going to get the right help you need.
