Hello I just want to say this place is awesome the staff is excellent they are very friendly and nice. I live by Bell Rd and there is a Urgent Care by me but I prefer to come here. Had an appointment at 3:45pm. Waited an hour and still being told that we are next to be see. Mentioned I had a child to go pick up, reception didn't care. I asked to speak to an office manager and told no.

The workers lab tech & the clerk we’re great. But the wait time is horrible you wait anywhere from 2hrs. to 21/2 hrs. I didn’t want to leave I just want better wait time service. You have people like myself that’s diabetic & can’t wait that long. Maybe y’all need to hire more phlebotomist.
