This is the 3rd time I have visited and am always impressed with the friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism of the staff. Plus they a have "heart" and truly seem to care.

I went to FastMed on Christmas Eve for treatment of an extremely painful ear infection. The first thing they wanted me to do was get on a scale in an open, common area. I declined but told the staffer my weight. “Let’s just check that,” she said in a most condescending tone, as if she were speaking to a child. I declined again, explaining that I do not get weighed at doctor’s offices, as is my right. I was there for an ear infection, not anesthesia. I walked out of the common area and returned to reception. The “care provider,” a woman with maximum attitude, refused me care if I would not get weighed. As I left, she said “Merry Christmas.” I called back there later to find out her name and to let them know I would be filing a civil rights complaint. Soon after, I got a call from corporate customer service. The woman was very nice, very apologetic but could not change the fact that I was refused care. This is a very unprofessional office and should be avoided at all cost.
