The experience was fine during my visit however, I called today inquiring about the COVID testing and when I’d receive my results. I was hoping to get a simple estimated time of receiving my results but a staff member answered the phone and was quite rude. I already know that “millions of people are getting COVID testing” as I work in a pharmacy as a hospice pharmacy technician. However, it was stated on the papers I received post examination that I’d either be receiving a text message or email once the visit was done so that I could gain access to my portal account. Was it that hard to just tell me that the wait times have been extended and to try calling again in a few days instead of being a sarcastic douchebag? I talk to hundreds of people a day at my job and always make them feel welcome and that’s why people ask to speak to me when I work. I understand that maybe you’re not feeling it or hate your job, but if that’s the case, you shouldn’t be working in healthcare because it also reflects negatively on the doctors, nurses, and medical staff at the facility and that’s unfair to them.

Not very good front desk staff. Except for the girl who discharges, everyone is rude. Was told they weren't taking any more patients at 7pm but closing time is 8pm. They only had 8 other patients there for covid testing according to the girl who told me they couldn't help me and to come back the next morning. If I could go earlier, I wouldn't be there at that late hour.
