This was our first visit here because our normal urgent care had already closed. This will now be our go to urgent care. The entire process was easy and the staff was the friendliest experience we’ve ever had. Thank you!

They are kind and that’s what you really need when not feeling well. They got done a lot in short time with me to find out what I had. I liked a lot that they have x ray in the same place to can make accurate diagnose. This will be definitely my go to. My family was going to corewell (the big chain) and we were always complaining about time wait, customer service and surprise copayments. Here, wait time is very acceptable, customer service is more than great and you pay upfront which is less even than at others I’ve been. Great overall!

I really liked this clinic overall, and I'd consider going back. But my pharmacy never received the script bc the provider sent it over to the in-house pharmacy. So I called back the same day and it still hasn't made it to the pharmacy. I'm too sick to deal with it. I don't fully understand why they ask for your pharm provider on intake if they're not going to utilize it.
