My experience at Gladstone Urgent Care was truly one of the best healthcare experiences I have ever had! During this pandemic I have been reluctant to see a medical professional for treatment. However enough coaxing I decided to make an appointment with an urgent care near my work.As soon as I arrived I was very pleasantly greeted at the door by a member of the staff home which took my information and provided me a clipboard for my new patient information. I filled it out in my car called the number on the card that was provided to me to which she came out retrieved the information and called me just moments later to come in. (P.S. I didn't have an appointment.) I received a few x-rays and was asked to have a seat back in the room. The door didn't even close before the nurse practitioner was in assessing my wrist and my xray. She's was very delicate, and provided me with a lot of information regarding my diagnosis and treatment options. I felt 100% comfortable and confident during my entire visit. This staff gave me their undivided attention and quality of care in every aspect with VERY little wait time. I highly recommend Gladstone Urgent Care to ANYONE with immediate medical concerns in the Northland area. They are THE VERY BEST!

My first and last experience with Gladstone Urgent Care was beyond terrible. I took my daughter in to be cared for and they refused to treat her. We have Medicaid which their website claims to work with however when I was told they don’t accept I was glad to pay out of pocket due to it being an emergency. The front desk told me “if you can pay out of pocket you can pay for insurance” and told me they would not treat my 5 year old daughter. I think this is absolutely disgusting to turn me down let alone a child. When I called the next day to speak with a manager the same woman was nothing but rude and didn’t once apologize. I still have yet to hear from a manager or someone of higher authority than a front desk associate. My family will not ever be back to be treated like we are less than human just because of the insurance we have at the moment. I believe that Medicaid is for those people who need it momentarily when trying to get back up on their feet. We have never been ones to abuse the system or mistreat it. That woman should not be in the medical field and is a representation of their company if this is not what they stand for.
