This was my first time to HH Urgent Care and I was blown away by how quickly I was seen, the cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the staff. The reason for my visit was bc I had initially called my primary and had been told someone would call right back. After 2 hours of waiting (with no call) I looked up HH Urgent Care (by recommendation of my fiance). Not only did I booked online instantly for an available appt 25 min out, but the website was very user friendly. When I walked in I was greeted with smiling eyes (hence the necessary masks staff and clients wear), and was taken into a private room in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend using HH Urgent Care clinic in Branford, you will not be disappointed.
