The urgent care facility on route 520, In Mallboro New Jersey Are personable, quick, & helpful. I made an appointment at the 520 office but when I got there after the receptionist said I did not have an appt. she looked into my phone at the app where I made the appointment. she told me that the app sent me to the Route nine N. office in Marlboro.Then connected my phone and address to Google map so I would know where I was going. Any time I’ve been to that particular urgent care they’ve been wonderful.

Made appointment through Solv for Covid test. I uploaded my insurance information and completed request. When we arrived we were told we did not have an appointment. The person at the front desk was rude.

The facility is very clean, the staff is nasty, I went in at 12:40 to get a covid test and never even got a call back to come back and get tested

Love the nurse and doctor very nice and caring the 2 receptionists at the front desk very rude didn’t even look at me when I tried to ask a simple question ,major problem with this place is no one picks up the phone and you can’t leave a message cause mailbox is full , which is pointless cause apparently they don’t check messages either ! Not going back unless they hire new receptionists who can actually answer the phone and treat their patients right !

Followed instructions and was there 15 minutes prior to my appointment which was at 12:15 but wasn’t given the test till 12:50. Also the clinic closes at 2pm and I have never received my results. If that was the case I wouldn’t have rushed to be seen.

Very very nice Dr and her staff at the drive up was friendly, sympathetic, but didnt waste a minute completing my testing. The team was pleasant, freindly, and just overall nice to me. After speaking to the Dr about my symptoms, and listening to her direction, I no longer felt afraid or nervous. She and her staff made me feel comfortable within seconds after rolling down my window. Thank you ! I will definetly brag about this experience to everyone!!!! And I will be back for any additional health needs.

Results for covid are 10 days for covid results makes no sense ! I’m a hospital employee most places result 24-72 hours . By the time you get results if you are sick you would be in hospital. I don’t recommend.

If you want your COVID-19 test results quickly, go to a different testing location. It will take at least a week to get your results from this facility while another testing location in the town will get your results in 24-48 hours. It has been a week for me and it has been hard to get someone on the phone to get me my results.

I didn’t have to wait which was great. nurse practitioner was nice. Receptionist could have been a little friendlier.
