Easy to make an appointment and had a short wait upon arrival. Everyone was very friendly. Even though very friendly, I am not sure the provider really listened to me. I walked away wondering how she seemed like she cared, but felt condescending at the same time. It made sense after I saw my clinical notes did not match the information I gave regarding my symptoms.

I made an appointment online. Very little wait time.  I was able to drink more water while waiting. Staff were friendly and professional. I felt like I got in and out quickly and feel like my problem was taken seriously and handled appropriately.  My one concern was then cleanliness of some areas. The front desk was sticky when I went to pay my copay (this may have been recent and not yet addressed by staff), The restroom felt not very clean. (Full trashcan and some surfaces could have used a wipe.) Also, if you want to limit the toilet to flushable items only, perhaps place a container nearby for the ‘clean-catch’ sani wipes. Lastly , I suspect the patient seen ahead of me in the treatment room was a heavy smoker. I wish I had asked to be re-roomed it was so unpleasant.  I would not hesitate to return, just will plan on packing wipes.

I made an appointment the night before and completed online forms ahead of time. I arrived early and ended up waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be called back. I usually don’t have to wait long, but it would have been nice to let me know they were running behind. There were about 2 other people also waiting in the lobby. I’ve never had issues with wait time as things happen, but surprised there was no acknowledgement of running behind. Communication is important. I always receive great care here, but this visit was a little different. I felt rushed and my concerns dismissed by the person who took me into the room, but the X-ray tech and actual provider were great. I will always come back as this place is convenient and close by. I understand my experience at this visit is not the norm and the care and professionalism of the staff is usually the best.
