Knew the night before I needed some medical attention. Had a little difficulty scheduling. Finally got completed.  I expected a long wait, was surprised there was no crowd. Happy with everyone from front desk to provider. I was on my way to pharmacy in a half hour. I would recommend this urgent care.

I received excellent care, did not have to wait. The staff and the doctor were very polite and help explain the diagnoses and wrote a script and said to follow up with my doctor. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care.

The provider was amazing, I have zero complaints, she was so kind and patient. The medical assistants were some of the rudest medical staff i have ever met in my life. I work in healthcare and was an MA, ER tech, and EMT for many years and am currently the practice manager for the ER group - I have pretty fair expectations for what bedside manners can look like depending on stress and the hour of the day. That said, I was appalled at how they treated me. One was at least trying to be professional but was curt at best. I could ignore that she was being curt given the fact it was almost closing for them and I know panic attacks are annoying. The other MA quite literally would ignore me when I would talk. She shouldn’t be in the medical field, it was utterly egregious. They need some serious compassion training. I would recommend the provider but from the other staff alone I will tell all my friends and family to avoid this site.

Kind, caring and friendly staff. (I don’t think that this website should be deciding how many characters I use or how long my review is.) That’s MY business.

Everything was fantastic. The dr himself was great and Informative. My only complaint was as he was discussing everything with me he was VERY loud. And do to the reason for my visit it was a bit embarrassing knowing the entire office could probably hear what was being said. But again got what I needed out of the visit and he was friendly and informative.

Provider was highly skilled, well prepared & knowledgeable with all pertinent details of my condition, listened and provided helpful feedback as to how to resolve my circumstance

The woman at the desk and the woman who gave me my test results were very pleasant but the woman who did my intake was curt and rude. I would give a name but her name tag just so happened to be flipped so i could only see the back of it. Overall good experience just one rude woman.

Had the symptoms of a UTI for a few days but unsure. Called Indigo closest to me but they were booked solid, but we're very helpful in finding another clinic close to me. They did and booked the appointment for me right over the phone. To me that was excellent customer/patient service. I was very thankful because I was in pain. I needed to be seen. When I arrived at the clinic, I was swiftly taken care of and diagnosed and now twenty four hours later I'm on an antibiotic and feeling much better.

I went fishing and the next morning my back was completely out and very sore
